Is that the *Documentation* link in the footer of the page? I am afraid to say
it is not visible at all. Do we know if anybody clicks on it (whoever has
Google Analytics access might).
Maybe linking to it from the root context (e.g. as a "Welcome to Solr") or
adding it as an example admin-extra would be a bit more visible without causing
any production issues.
