here's one i compiled for 64-bit. just name it WindowsDirectory.dll and follow
the other instructions (obviously, you only use this if you use a 64-bit jvm).
the compilation instructions are in the javadocs for the WindowsDirectory.java
by the way, its pretty easy to install mingw or ming64 to do it.
