Okay, now we are getting somewhere.
So the important sum of these changes can be listed as:
* Nodes directly talk to zk when dealing with collections they don't host and
do not watch those collections in zk.
* Solrj does not update it's cached cluster state unless a request fails to a
node?
How much does this complicate things for those that try and write a cloud aware
client in other languages?
