I don't think that we need to add any get/setDefault to Versoin. The idea of
having two ctors, one with and one without Version is perfectly fine. If you
want to play it "safe", always pass your desired Version, no matter if that
Analyzer currently cares or not. If in the future a FooAnalyzer comes to break
backcompat, then your application is still "safe". And if you always use the
no-Version ctor, then by definition you throw away any backcompat from your
indexes.
