Yes, it is confusing, but 1) 4.10.1 was taking some time iterating on
how to improve Version, 2) 4.10.x includes a number of new features
over 4.9.x, 3) we have so many corruption bugs in flight right now.

Also there is a likely JVM bug in 1.8.0_20 that I've been chasing,
that affects 4.10.0 (Version parsing) and apparently not 4.9.0; it's
not clear if the fixes for 4.10.1 succeed in working around the bug
...

So I wanted to do a 4.9.1 knowing that we will soon be doing a 4.10.1 as well.
