'in Kotlin'... It is a stand alone component outside the main build. Fully
interoperable in both directions with Java. Stable. Performant. Uses
undertow which is Java. Easy to read. And is better than start.sh which is not
in Java nor the JVM.
I think is like 4.5mb in tar.gz with Kotlin runtime which is tiny.
