We get the same error using Solr 4.10.1.

We can avoid the bug for now by removing {{AND}} and using {{+}} as a prefix 
for the separate terms. 

I _strongly_ assume that the problem is related to {{AND}} being not detected 
as an operator at one place and therefore the {{lastTermIndex}} in 
{{WordBreakSolrSpellChecker.java}} is set to a too high value when the {{AND}} 
operators are already removed. However I am not familiar enough with the code 
to find the correct place to change this.

Could anyone take a look at that?
