Hi,
ReplicationFactorTest fails on *every* run in Windows. This seems to be
related, but maybe its a different issue. There is no single successful Windows
build for about a month now.
This also reproduces locally on my Windows machine. I have not tried the 5.0
release, but it could be the same there.
