also, i removed Similarity.get/setDefault in this patch.
Instead we have a private @lucene.internal method (in IndexSearcher, for lack
of a better place).
This is only needed for things like Instantiated, MemoryIndex, etc.
In general things shouldn't rely upon some global static if we want to make
scoring more flexible.
