Hello Lucene/Solr developers,

Speaking from Lucene/Solr user - potential contributor perspective, my
votes are:

-1 for dropping maven artifacts (even +1 for extending number of maven
artifacts https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SOLR-1218 )

+1 for using maven as build tool
