    Description: In JavabinCodec we already optimize on strings creation , if 
they are repeated in the same payload. if we use a cache it is possible to 
avoid string creation across objects as well.  (was: In solr we reuse a lot of 
strings across objects . We already reuse objects in the same payload. It is 
possible to reuse these string objects across requests by caching them an using 
them during deserialization)
