In which Solr version is openSearcher true? Solr 4.10.3 has the following
setting in solrconfig.xml.
<autoCommit>
<maxTime>${solr.autoCommit.maxTime:15000}</maxTime>
<openSearcher>false</openSearcher>
</autoCommit>
