Yonik Seeley created SOLR-7218: ---------------------------------- Summary: constant score query syntax Key: SOLR-7218 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SOLR-7218 Project: Solr Issue Type: New Feature Reporter: Yonik Seeley
A ConstantScoreQuery is like a boosted query, but it produces the same score for every document that matches the query. The score produced is equal to the query boost. The ^= operator is used to turn any query clause into a ConstantScoreQuery. Constant Score Query Examples: {code} +color:blue^=1 text:shoes (inStock:true text:heliosearch)^=100 native code faceting {code} Syntax rational: since boosting (multiplication) is term^value, the syntax for having a constant score can be term^=value -- This message was sent by Atlassian JIRA (v6.3.4#6332) --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: dev-unsubscr...@lucene.apache.org For additional commands, e-mail: dev-h...@lucene.apache.org
