A handful of tweaks: facet params to tag/exclude type filter for tab counts,
added back in somehow lost update-script.js, adjusted tab links to use
url_for_type, cleaned up head.vm duplication, and fixed filter display and
search box url generation to only show and include explicit fq's (not the
built-in special type-fq)
