I just committed some Solr changes (removing unlocking on startup from config
files). I also changes the error message that is displayed if index is locked
on startup.
Can you merge that into your patch. I have not seen your changes.txt in the
branch. Should I add the Solr part to Solr's changes.txt?
Otherwise I will review the patch after my talk later after buzzwords.
