Yonik, I am curious as to why Streaming API has to have infinite recursion? Is 
it a necessity or a design choice to do this instead of having one federator 
issuing all requests? Having two levels (external, internal) is enough of a 
headache trying to come up with usage patterns and knowing what the optimal 
amount of parallelism is. I share Mark's concern that this patch or not, having 
the possibility of one query eating up all threads is scary..
