My patch changes it to a LinkedHashMap, adds a test, and also fixes up some
params.
The double initialization issue looks interesting, thanks for pointing that
out. Assuming that is the case, though, the debugFilter is also double
initialized and should be handled in a similar way? Seems like that should be
handled in a separate issue.
