    Absent docValues represented by NONE, not null

    `docValuesType()` returns non-null in `solr.schema.FieldType`,
    this is protected by setter in `FieldType`, so invalid docValues
    configuration in `FieldType#createFields()` should checked by
    `field.hasDocValues() && f.fieldType().docValuesType() == NONE`
    instead of `== null`.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/grossws/lucene-solr fix-dv-unsupported
