$ bin/post -url http://localhost:8983/solr/test/update example/films/films.csv
Collection must be specified. Use -c <collection name> or set
DEFAULT_SOLR_COLLECTION in your environment.

Of course the collection/core is specified within the -url so -c should be
unnecessary.
