I have committed the patch, but made two changes:
* I moved the new book below "Apache Solr Enterprise Search Server, 3ed",
because we order the books by publication date, and "Solr Cookbook 3ed" was
published earlier (ASESS3: 2015-05-26; SC3: 2015-01-23).
* I added linked book cover images for both ASESS3 and SC3 to the Solr website
front page. Since the layout has room for a fixed number of books (6), I
removed the two oldest books: "Solr 4 Cookbook" and "Taming Text".
[~gro], do you want to keep the older editions of your book on the books page?
Either way is fine with me. Note that they are still there now.
