Summary: Handle Pole Crossing for GeoPointQuery

Dateline crossing is handled by way of a query rewrite for GeoPointInBBox and
GeoPointDistance queries. Pole crossing can be handled the same way but is
currently not implemented. This issue will implement pole crossing for GeoPoint
queries.
