Is there any reason other than nobody's gotten around to it yet that we don't allow upconfig and downconfig operations from the bin/solr script? I'd like it to be possible for people to not have to go out to zkCli.
I've sketched out a patch and I'll raise a JIRA, mostly just checking to see if this omission is intentional or just a time constraint.
