[~caomanhdat], Adding fault tolerance is going to be important. But I think it
will require quite a bit of thought to get right. Possibly we should have a
separate ticket specifically for adding fault tolerance to the Streaming API.
In that ticket we can discuss the different possible failures that can occur
and how those failures can be handled.
