Yes, literally having a look at now/this evening, looks good :-) Am tinkering a
little with tests and exploring if a {{DefaultMergePolicyFactory}} could make
an appearance (as-is both SolrIndexConfig and UpgradeIndexMergePolicy have the
concept of TieredMergePolicy being the default). Hoping to push update to
master-solr-8621 branch in the next hour or so.
