Summary: DaemonStream should 'put' EOF Tuple on the blocking queue

Currently the background thread in the DaemonStream is using 'offer' rather
then 'put' to add the EOF Tuple to the blocking queue. This is incorrect as the
intended behavior is for the background thread to wait until space is available
in the queue.
