Yeah, practically these things don't tend to matter, but we really want to
clean up for tests that run in the same JVM, and it lets us add automation to
ensure new code cleans up without adding annotation exceptions. SOLR-4509 moves
to an HttpClient impl that starts threads, and it was already a good idea to
shutdown the connection pool.
