It's not even clear to me why invoking a transformer would even be part of "fl".
"fl=name,_docid_" makes sense because the user is asking for the _docid_ field
back - the fact that it's a transformer is an implementation detail.
If one wants to add a transformer that can do *anything* to a document, it
feels like that should be specified elsewhere, and not in the field list?
