I'm assuming that the change is a combination of the patch and the cmd script 
attached to this issue.

How do you want to be recognized in the CHANGES.txt file?  Is "Binoy Dalal" 
appropriate?

I will find some time for the commit, but if somebody else wants to jump on it 
before I can do that, feel free.  If nobody has assigned the issue to 
themselves by the time I am available, I will.
