Description:
Issue happened during server start up. Attached log.
Later full-data-import was successful.
After java concurrency error getting "org.apache.solr.common.SolrException:
SolrCoreState already closed" repeatedly.

Issue happened during server start up. Attached log.
Later full-data-import was successful.
However this issue occurred twice during weblogic server startup.
This is intermittent issue.
After java concurrency error getting "org.apache.solr.common.SolrException:
SolrCoreState already closed" repeatedly.
