Steve Rowe resolved LUCENE-7265.

Resolution: Fixed
I tested these changes by adding 6.0.2 on branch_6_0, 6.0.1 and 6.2.0 on
branch_6x, and 6.0.1, 6.2.0 and 8.0.0 on master. All seemed to do the right
thing.
