Resolution: Fixed
I added code to calculate bounds for intersections of planes including
MINIMUM_RESOLUTION displacement on either side.
This should get rid of the problem. It's still not clear whether we want to
add additional plane cutoffs, though, with the purpose in mind of not violating
user ideas of what the shape actually should contain.
