I think it is time for a 6.1.0 release? 6.0.0 was released 2 months ago and both Lucene and Solr accumulated an interesting list of features/optimizations since then.
I volunteer to be the release manager unless someone else wants to, and I propose to create the 6.1 branch on June 8th and build the first RC on June 10th. Let me know if that does not work for you. Adrien
