[~billnbell] have you done more work on this? This would perhaps be first step
towards a real Windows installer script? {{install_solr_service.ps1}} anyone?
:-) It would be cool if we could mimic most of the same parameters as for the
linux service installer, and also choose some defaults for where to install on
Windows.
