At SolrCloud startup, it might be nice to have one log entry with the number of
nodes ... if we are able to detect when the number has become stable. Then
after that, only log this at INFO if the number changes. I can't say whether
it makes sense to log at DEBUG or TRACE when the node number stays the same.
