Description:
When a NamedList is organized as follows, the innermost NamedList is not
converted into a map by calling the asMap() method of the outmost NamedList.

if use org.apache.solr.common.util.NamedList:asMap, can't convert List hava a
SimpledOrderdMap(NamedList)
