This does a bunch of things
* Introduce a "json equivalent" mode for {{javabin}}. Just use a subset of
types which json supports
* A parser for reading this javabin in a streaming mode
* Refactored the code to avoid TextResponsewriter to be aware of TupleStream ,
Tuple etc
