Well, for DrillSideways I'd ping [~mikemccand] for the quickest read if he has
the time.
Basically you gently prompt the JIRA from time to time and see if you can get
someone's attention.
Perhaps a short description of the approach the patch takes would help orient
someone who's looking at it.
