+1 Thanks for cleaning this up!
I found a few places still using GROUP_VALUE_TYPE, in
SecondPassGroupingCollector.SearchGroupDocs, GroupDocs, TopGroups,
AllGroupHeadsCollector.GroupHead and Grouping.Command (in Solr).
