For this particular scan I used
https://github.com/stevenvachon/broken-link-checker with this command line
{{blc --exclude "issues.apache.org" --exclude ".org/core/6_" --exclude
".org/core/5_" --exclude ".org/core/4_" --exclude ".org/core/3_" --exclude
".org/core/1_" --exclude ".org/solr/6_" --exclude ".org/solr/5_" --exclude
".org/solr/4_" --exclude ".org/solr/3_" --exclude ".org/solr/1_" -r -v
http://lucene.apache.org/}}
It works well for sites where we want to scan the whole site, but for e.g.
Confluence or Wiki where we only want to check a sub-site, there is no
{{--include}} argument.
