I was thinking we could parameterize the type of the group key for these
collectors, ie today it's BytesRef, but Solr would use MutableValue instead,
and would subclass to override the getGroupKey (and presumably also
setNextReader). Not sure it'll all work though until we try it... I agree
there are alot of places that need to be touched.
