I haven't had a chance to review the patch but what you're describing sounds
good to me. I've put the HavingStream to use in SOLR-8593 so I'll likely have
to make some adjustments when that work gets merged into master. If you're
feeling comfortable feel free to move forward and commit, these are big
improvements.
