Move Ukrainian dictionary to external dependency
* removes binary blob from lucene repository
* uses newer and bigger dictionary
* allows easy dictionary update with a version bump
I think it would make sense to push this into stable branches as well.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/arysin/lucene-solr master
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
