Although this is related to general filtering of buckets (SOLR-9603) it can be
done more efficiently in some cases with a RegExp automaton (just as "prefix"
can be implemented more efficiently).
Still we may want to think about if it makes sense to unify the syntax with
generic filtering / having clauses, even if the implementation may be different.
