I think we can disable the 6_6 builds now, [~steve_rowe].
Also, I wonder if we could increase the frequency of the builds to at least
every hour for all jobs on each branch? It only takes a few minutes to build so
it could be more frequent, particularly on master and any branch we're hoping
to release somewhat soon.
I think after that we can resolve this and just communicate needs for builds
the way we do for the full Lucene/Solr packages (via the list).
