The more i think about this the less convinced I am that this should be done
"immediately" (since all schemas used randomization) as a sub-task of
SOLR-10807.
In the long run, it might actually be easier/better to just remove the
"randomized" numeric fieldTypes in schemas that also have explicit point fields
... needs to be done case by case.
so i'm going to break this off of SOLR-10807 and make it a top level jira.
