With java 8 we can trivially avoid looping over merge segments to be merged,
switching from
{code}
for(SegmentCommitInfo info : merge.segments) {
toBeMerged.add(info);
}
{code}
to :
{code}
toBeMerged.addAll(merge.segments);
{code}
