I've attached a first pass at a revamp of the "Using SolrJ" ref guide page.
(As mentioned in my previous comment, this patch doesn't do anything to build
or test the example snippets. Happy to work on that too, just wanted to work
out the content first.)
The only thing I intentionally did _not_ bring over from the SolrJ
wiki/tutorial was the "reading-from-a-sql-database" example, which seemed too
involved to fit into the "Using SolrJ" page. Though I'm happy to include it if
people feel otherwise.
