This test looks like it's trying to look for non-convergence of the Vicenti
formula for ellipsoids with flattening > 0.4. We already know that doesn't
work. I'm not precisely sure how this test was committed but we don't want to
commit tests that are known to fail.
I can modify the test to only look at planet models with acceptable amounts of
flattening. Is that the right way to proceed?
