There are some bugs get fixed in 7.4 are SOLR-12066, SOLR-12087, and SOLR-12088 which can cause some annoying problems to users who are using autoscaling framework (or frequently calling DeleteReplica API). so I wanted to ask if anyone objects to a bugfix release for 7.3 (7.3.1). I also volunteer to be the release manager for this one if it is accepted.
