SOLR-4793 added documentation to the Solr reference guide of ZooKeeper's
{{jute.maxbuffer}} sysprop, which can be used to increase ZooKeeper's file size
limit, which defaults to 1MB.
Once the blob store is a viable alternative to ZooKeeper for storing/loading
large configuration files (SOLR-8751 and SOLR-9175, perhaps others?), the
{{jute.maxbuffer}} documentation should be removed from the ref guide.
